Shipping policy
In stock items ship within 3-4 days from receipt of order.
If pick up is requested for in stock items, customers will receive an email within 2-3 days from receipt of order to schedule a pick up.
Pre-order items ship within 2 weeks from receipt of order.
If pick up is requested for pre-order items, customers will receive an email within 2 weeks from receipt of order to schedule a pick up.
Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email info@patogoods.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 7 days of return approval and must be sent by mail only. Items sent back without first requesting a return or received late will not be accepted.

Sale items and gifts cards are final sale only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 7 days of receiving the item if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to the limited quantities made and rotating prints, exchanges are not permitted.
Refunds
You will be notified via email once the return is received and inspected to confirm if the return is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
